At RedRunner Designs, we work hard to make sure your order gets to you quickly and safely. Please review our shipping policy below.
Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

All orders are shipped via USPS Flat Rate unless another method is requested at checkout.

We currently ship only to the continental U.S. (lower 48 states).

Orders are typically processed and shipped within [1-5 business days]. Delivery times depend on the carrier and shipping method selected.
International Shipping

At this time, we only offer limited international shipping.

Canada orders may be shipped via UPS.

All customs duties, taxes, and fees must be paid upfront by the customer. Once an order is placed, a supplemental invoice will be sent.

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import regulations.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package until delivery.
Delays & Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or customs.

If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us within 7 so we can work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
